Cancellation Policy

LATE AND CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that unforeseen events can occur in everyone's life. In order to be fair and effective to all clients, we have the following policies: Cancellation: Please provide a 24-hour advance notice when canceling an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost, which must be paid before the next scheduled appointment. We do, however, take into consideration emergencies on a case-by-case basis without imposing a penalty. No-Shows: If you forget or choose to forgo your appointment, you will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the missed appointment's cost. This amount must be paid before the next scheduled appointment. Tardiness: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. Depending on the extent of the delay, your practitioner will determine whether there is sufficient time to conduct a full treatment. Regardless of the length of the session, you will be responsible for the full cost. Please respect your practitioner and other clients by planning accordingly and making an effort to arrive on time. Illness: If you become aware of an infectious or contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. If the cancellation occurs within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee will be waived.
