With over 22 years of experience as an educator — and now as an ordained minister and energy healer — my mission is to walk beside you as you create your own sense of spiritual and energetic harmony.

Through personalized Reiki treatments, intentional essential oil blends, and supportive crystal work, I help you clear energetic heaviness, deepen your inner connection, and open space for clarity and peace. Reiki healing session 1

 

MY APPROACH

Reiki therapy is based on an Eastern belief in the flow of vital energy within the body. I utilize gentle touch or place my hands just above the body to facilitate the harmonious movement of this energy, promoting balance and healing.

The originator of Reiki, a Japanese man named Mikao Usui, developed this practice in the 1920s. The term itself is derived from two Japanese words: "Rei," meaning universal, and "ki," which refers to the life force energy. With Reiki, many individuals find it to be a calming experience. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed and recline on a massage table while I place my palms on or slightly above specific areas of the body believed to be energy centers. During a session, I may utilize up to 15 different hand positions, and determine how long to stay in a particular area through my perception of the energy flow.  It is important to note that Reiki does not involve massage techniques, pressure application, or joint manipulation. My touch is gentle at most.

While receiving Reiki, you might experience sensations such as heat, tingling, or pulsing in the areas where my hands are placed, or throughout your entire body. Alternatively, you may not perceive any noticeable changes. Some individuals become so deeply relaxed during the session that they may even fall asleep.
