In this guided experience, you’ll be invited to slow down, ground into your body, and connect with the feeling you want to carry into the upcoming month. Through breath, gentle visualization, and intuitive color exploration, you’ll allow that feeling to take form on the canvas — without pressure, rules, or the need to be “good” at art.

We’ll begin with a short grounding practice and intention setting, followed by a guided visualization to connect with your future self and the energy you’re ready to embody. From there, you’ll paint alongside a simple, follow-along tutorial while choosing colors that represent the emotional frequency you want to manifest — safety, abundance, clarity, softness, confidence, or whatever calls to you.
